Movie Sing a Long Costume Party posted by Will and on 12/1/08

We have had two different costume parties based on movies. One was a Sound of Music party. We asked everyone to dress up as one of the characters from the Sound of Music. We also had them bring food that would be appropriate (lots of jam with bread). We bought some props (items from My Favorite Things). Then we played the movie and sang along. The other movie we did was Grease. Same concepts. We also decorated in 50s. We supplied corn dogs, burgers, and french fries. We encouraged people to get up and dance during their parts. Both parties were lots of fun.
