No one gets to spend as much time with their friends at their wedding as they would like. So why not get your friends to help with your wedding planning (in a non-committed, non-controlling sort of way). After going to the liquor store to discuss wine options, narrow your wine selections down to 3-4 options per type (red, white, sparkling). Buy a bottle or two of each and invite a dozen or so friends over for a wine tasting. Print score cards so that you don't forget what people had to say.
