Years ago, we had a chili cook-off & were looking for the opportunity to do another. We decided to have our own in conjunction with the super bowl & make it an annual event. Guests arrive, chili in hand, which is poured into similar containers (I got them at the dollar store) and labeled on the bottom & mixed up on the table prior to the tasting for a double-blind. Prizes are awarded, including a whoopee cushion, air freshener, chili pepper themed items & a certificate conferring "BRAGGING RIGHTS" for next year's party.
