For the 3rd year running, we and our neighbors host a HUGE adult Halloween Bash. Last year's theme; 80s was a great hit. We asked that people dress as their favorite 80s personalilty (real or character). We served 80s themed drinks like Fuzzy Navels, Sex on the Beach, Whiskey Sours, Slow Gin Fizz, as well as had an open bar and a few other drinks like Raspberry Lemon Drops and Apple Martini's. We played 80s music and everyone participated. We had those that showed up as 80s musicians perform when their song come up. We also served great appetizers. We had Robert Palmer and his girls, Slash (GNR), Brett Michels (Poison), The Ghostbusters, Tom Cruise and Rebecca Demorney(Risky Business), Devo, Beetlejuice, and some other really fun characters! Definitely going to be hard to top it this year....however, because we live on Rosewood Drive, we have decided to host a Nixon era party themed RoseWOODSTOCK where people can dress as their favorite person (real or character) from 1969-1974. We are having a blast building the music list and can't wait to see what everyone dresses up as! This is a much anticipated party in our town...people try to coax the theme out of us beginning in June!
