We play it at every Christmas party we throw.  Everyone brings a gift and picks a number.  The gifts are placed at the center of something - table - we do the pool table.  The first person picks a gift and opens it.  The next person can either pick a gift or take the first person's gift . . . it goes on until everyone has gone.  The best place to be is the last =).  That person can either take the last gift or choose from anyone who played.

It makes gift giving so much more FUN!!
