Purse Parties are happening more and more in the Southwest. Creating a special invitation allowing your friend and colleagues to invite their friends will create a busy, yet lucrative event. Keep your snacks to a minimum so people don't linger. Set a two hour limit and encourage early arrivals for the best selection. I highly recommend sending out the Evite two weeks in advance minimum along with a gentle reminder somewhere between one week and 3 days. A last minute reminder will likely be a discouragement to not attend.
